How the physical gift card works

1. Choose the amount: select from preset values or enter a custom amount for your gift card.
2. Enter names. Provide the recipient’s name and your name as the sender.
3. Include a personal message: add a heartfelt message to make it extra special.
4. Enter the delivery details at checkout. Choose the delivery address – either directly to the recipient or to your own address if you’d like to gift it in person. Enter the delivery address in the next step, at checkout.
5. Add to cart and continue to checkout. Once your payment is complete, we’ll handle the rest: your gift card will be elegantly packaged in a beautiful black gift box, ready for gifting, and shipped to your chosen address.

Redeeming the gift card

• The recipient will find a unique code on the physical gift card included in the gift box. To redeem it, they simply enter this code at checkout.
• The gift card expires in 3 years and can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully spent. For example, if the card is worth €50 and they make a €25 purchase, they’ll have €25 remaining for future use.
